About the role

  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material, or equipment needs

  • Maintain efficiency standards for the assigned area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • No high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience required
  • Prior manufacturing experience and/or quality inspection experience preferred
  • Willingness to train and advance to Extruder A; training provided
  • Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Ability to work long hours in seasonal temperatures
  • Ability to follow all work and safety instructions
  • Ability to use a calculator and read a tape measure
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Manufacturing or mobile equipment operation experience, such as forklift or Combi, helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow detailed directions
