  • Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material or equipment needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • No high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience required
  • Prior manufacturing experience and/or quality inspection experience preferred
  • Must be willing to train and advance to Extruder A (quality inspecting responsibilities)
  • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) required
  • Must be able to work long hours in seasonal temperatures
  • Must follow all work and safety instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and eagerness to grow
  • Ability to follow detailed directions
  • No prior work-related experience required; manufacturing or mobile equipment operation (e.g., forklift, Combi) experience is helpful
  • Must be able to use a calculator and read a tape measure
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
