About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the recruitment process for clinical roles
  • Manage recruitment for CRNAs, anesthesiologists, and other anesthesia-related positions
  • Screen candidates and assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline through targeted strategies and partnerships
  • Partner with Chiefs, RVPs, and clinical leadership to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Communicate job responsibilities, company culture, and benefits to candidates
  • Manage candidate expectations, salary, relocation assistance, and offer-related negotiations
  • Advise and coach Chiefs on interviewing, candidate evaluation, and recruitment best practices
  • Collaborate with regional leadership, compensation, and marketing teams
  • Promote the company’s brand at industry events, conferences, and career fairs
  • Create targeted recruitment campaigns
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including EEO and healthcare compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure data privacy compliance
  • Report recruitment progress, challenges, and performance metrics to leadership
  • Support onboarding through pre-employment screenings, background checks, and credential verification

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field
  • 5+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years focused on clinical recruitment/healthcare
  • Experience recruiting for anesthesia-related roles, such as CRNAs, anesthesiologists, or surgical/critical care positions, is preferred
  • Familiarity with recruitment in a healthcare setting, including knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations and compliance
  • Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating clinical candidates
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, talent pipelines, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and hiring managers
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on delivering results
  • Proficiency with HR technology, ATS, and recruitment tools (e.g., Workday)
