About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with business leaders to align talent strategies and workforce initiatives with business objectives
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent development, and change management
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, team structure, and workforce optimization
  • Lead workforce planning, talent forecasting, succession planning, and critical talent risk identification
  • Analyze workforce trends, talent metrics, and business data to recommend solutions
  • Develop strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, productivity, and organizational health
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring strategies and workforce growth plans
  • Facilitate talent reviews and support leadership development initiatives
  • Identify organizational capability gaps and partner with Learning & Development on development solutions
  • Support and lead change management for organizational transformations and workforce changes
  • Conduct regular meetings with assigned business units/regions regarding priorities, talent needs, and workforce strategy
  • Develop solutions, programs, and policies supporting business outcomes with HR counterparts
  • Provide input on restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Federal and State regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent Human Resources experience
  • 6-8 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience serving as an HR Business Partner supporting business leaders and organizational strategy preferred
  • Experience within the financial services or banking industry preferred
  • Ability to navigate Microsoft Office Software, computer applications, and software specific to the department
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work with on-site equipment
