About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to develop sourcing strategies aligned with workforce needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Identify and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels
- Utilize labor market insights and industry trends to inform recruiting strategies and improve results
- Ensure a consistent and compelling employer brand throughout the candidate journey
- Support recruitment efforts for physicians and other hard-to-fill positions
- Serve as a key contact for candidates, providing information about opportunities, compensation, benefits, and hiring processes
- Assist with offer discussions and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, and community organizations
- Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and recruitment events
- Manage relationships with sourcing vendors and evaluate platform effectiveness
- Execute recruitment marketing campaigns, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and employer branding initiatives
- Track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and recruitment metrics
- Provide regular reporting and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Meet or exceed established sourcing and recruitment performance goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Five (5) years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing
- Experience recruiting physicians, executives, senior-level professionals, or other difficult-to-fill positions
- Demonstrated success building talent pipelines and achieving hiring goals
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, social media recruiting, and candidate engagement strategies
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to travel domestically as needed
- Preferred: Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in an agency or corporate environment
- Preferred: Healthcare recruitment experience
- Preferred: Experience using iCIMS or similar ATS platforms
