About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and implement Airtable and Zapier automation solutions for attendance tracking, staffing charts, and performance-based KPIs
- Audit and troubleshoot existing workflows to ensure zero operational downtime
- Collaborate across departments to identify manual bottlenecks and design scalable automation opportunities
- Build and maintain documentation for workflows, databases, and automation logic
- Train and provide technical support to internal team members adopting automated systems

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience designing and managing ecosystems built on Airtable and Zapier
- Deep structural understanding of relational databases, complex automation logic, and business process optimization
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex workflow or integration errors independently
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to translate operational needs into technical workflows
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to self-manage projects effectively in a remote environment
