About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Generate high-quality pipeline through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach to US restaurant groups
- Research accounts, identify decision-makers, and understand US restaurant operators’ priorities
- Schedule qualified first conversations for Account Executives and support revenue targets
- Test and iterate messaging, channels, and sequences
- Share prospect feedback with Sales, Marketing, and Product to improve the US go-to-market
- Help shape the BDR team playbook as an early US hire
- Work closely with the Senior BDR and US Sales team to develop sales skills and hospitality relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hospitality experience with a real interest in moving into sales and/or early-career experience (around 1–2 years) in a target-driven, people-facing role, e.g. sales, recruitment, or similar
- Genuine passion for hospitality, restaurants, or the people who run them
- Resilience and drive; comfortable hearing “no,” recovering quickly, and owning numbers
- Curiosity; able to ask good questions and research properly
- Strong written and verbal communication; able to build rapport quickly by phone and in person
- Coachability and ambition
- Startup mindset; able to move fast, take initiative, and work comfortably with ambiguity
- Ability to work in the US; application asks whether the candidate has the right to work in the US
- Based in New York City with ability to be in the office 3 days a week

Comp & perks- $55–70K base, $55-65k commission (110-135k OTE)
