About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming corporate workspace at NORY headquarters
Thoroughly clean, maintain, and disinfect assigned office areas, including workspaces, communal areas, and restrooms
Perform sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning as required
Manage waste disposal and regularly empty garbage and recycling bins
Monitor cleaning inventory and organize supplies efficiently

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of paid commercial, office, or janitorial cleaning experience
Exceptionally high cleaning standards and a strong sense of pride in your work
Strong work ethic with a proven track record of consistent punctuality
Solid organizational or inventory management skills
Ability to provide your own baseline cleaning supplies
Ability to speak English
Basic working comprehension of technology, including smartphone apps, GPS, and email
Strict adherence to all standard health and safety regulations
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Background checks conducted only after a conditional offer of employment has been made
