About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of current and net-new enterprise healthcare accounts as the commercial owner for customer outcomes and revenue growth
  • Drive expansion by identifying new use cases, influencing stakeholders, and building multi-year growth strategies
  • Lead complex, consultative sales motions across new and existing customers
  • Partner with internal teams to close deals
  • Build trusted relationships with CIO, COO, CFO, clinical, and operational stakeholders
  • Develop account plans mapping stakeholders, opportunities, customer priorities, and ROI
  • Coordinate Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Delivery teams for alignment and long-term success
  • Prospect and develop new opportunities in the defined Northeast territory
  • Own renewals, expansions, and overall account growth
  • Provide customer and market insights to Product and Leadership to inform roadmap and go-to-market evolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS, healthcare, customer success, management consulting, or a blended commercial role
  • Direct healthcare industry experience and strong understanding of the healthcare landscape
  • Experience working with health systems, provider organizations, or other complex healthcare entities
  • Experience managing large, complex customers and multi-threaded stakeholder environments
  • Strong commercial instincts and ability to identify, shape, and advance revenue opportunities
  • Experience engaging and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Strong communication and value-based selling skills
  • Strategic account thinking, long-term growth planning, and ROI-driven positioning
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and building structure
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Ability to craft executive-level storylines using PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyze customer utilization data and expansion opportunities
