  • Drive technical and product vision as an engineering leader within the organization
  • Build alignment with engineering teams and cross-functionally, and bring clarity to the roadmap
  • Deliver experiments end-to-end, from ideation through analysis
  • Balance product and business considerations in experiments

  • Develop polished React-based web experiences that scale with usage

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Growth Engineering experience at another company
  • Experience defining success criteria, running A/B tests, and turning results into decisions
  • Experience building fast, polished web experiences with React and modern web technologies
  • Experience building AI systems and coding agent workflows with effective guardrails
  • Experience mentoring engineers of all tenures and guiding technical designs
  • Strong business impact and prioritization orientation
  • User-focused product judgment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, and/or other non-technical teams (nice to have)
