About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet
  • Assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies
  • Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational
  • Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput and minimize wait times
  • Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards
  • Perform general housekeeping duties
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 16 years of age
  • Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level
  • Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Working at least one day on the weekend is required
  • Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies
  • Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
