About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet
- Assist with sales initiatives and membership growth strategies
- Help keep the facility, equipment, and grounds clean, safe, and operational
- Support vehicle-throughput optimization to minimize wait times
- Follow company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties
- Monitor inventory and assist with restocking chemicals and supplies
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 16 years of age
- Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations (such as making change) at an eighth-grade level
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working at least one day on the weekend is required
- Ability to remain calm and respond according to policies and procedures during emergencies
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in temperatures ranging from -10°F to 100°F
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods of time
- Ability to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products
