About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple HVAC/R service calls
- Receive dispatches from the Nouria HVAC/R Manager, who assists with prioritization and supply ordering
- Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/troubleshooting on HVAC and refrigeration-related systems
- Support system maintenance, repair, and performance across convenience store locations
- Maintain safe, comfortable, and compliant environments for customers and employees
- Travel independently between multiple sites
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma required
- Trade School certificate required
- EPA universal certification preferred; Nouria is willing to train and send to school
- 1–3 years of work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- Ability to use HVAC hand tools and multimeters
- Must provide basic tools
- Ability to perform general maintenance and basic repairs/troubleshooting
- Ability to learn multiple refrigeration and HVAC systems
- Ability to work with/on ladders
- Ability to work 40 hours a week
- Ability to lift 40 lbs+
- Time management skills to manage several tasks simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications utilized by Nouria Energy
