Key responsibilities & impact

Service retail locations as a Facilities Maintenance Technician
Manage, prioritize and complete multiple service calls dispatched by the Nouria Maintenance Manager
Perform general repair and maintenance safely and efficiently
Perform minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing work
Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, and interior and exterior lighting
Respond flexibly to urgent maintenance calls during non-business hours
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Use a company work truck for service activities

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma required
3+ years in construction trades or facility management experience
Strong time management skills with ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications
Possession of a valid driver’s license with good driving record is a must
Trade Certification is a plus
