About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Repair drywall as needed
- Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site
- Travel to multiple convenience store locations across Nouria's local network based on the maintenance schedule
- Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to minimize disruption to store operations
- Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years of painting experience
- Experience in residential, commercial, or retail environments
- Sharp eye for detail
- Proficient with technical skills
- Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques
- Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the New England footprint
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Trade certifications a plus
