Key responsibilities & impact

Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager
Coordinate with the HVAC/R Manager on call prioritization and ordering related supplies
Perform general maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and related work safely and efficiently
Maintain a high level of professionalism
Train and work with others
Complete work orders throughout Nouria’s convenience-store network
Perform other duties as required or assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma required
Trade School certificate required
EPA universal certification required
R.T. License preferred; willing to train and send to school
3-7 years of work experience required
Valid driver’s license with good driving record
Must provide own HVAC tools
Proficiency using HVAC tools and multimeters
Ability to work with/on ladders
Ability to work 40 hours a week
Ability to lift 40 lbs+
Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications utilized by Nouria Energy
