About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Apply an “automation first” mindset to reduce manual efforts and enable provisioning
Conduct IT technical and process internal audits in compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, SOC 1/2, SOX, and NIST cybersecurity framework standards
Participate in developing and implementing new digital products to support required compliance functionality
Provide guidance to business functions on compliance and security matters
Coordinate and participate in audit-related tasks, prepare managers and teams for audit testing, and facilitate timely resolution of audit findings
Assist with controls implementation and document processes and procedures for Application Information Security, Change Management, and IT Operations
Monitor open corrective action items from audits
Support and manage detailed control testing to identify risks, apply audit procedures, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, and mitigate identified risks
Monitor IT team activities for compliance with internal policies and procedures, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews
Assist with framework mappings and ITGRC tools and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 27001, IEC 62443, SOC 1/2, and SOX
Perform other duties as assigned by organization leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and associated network protocols and concepts
Experience designing and evaluating information security regulatory controls in an audit role
Experience troubleshooting and implementing technologies
Knowledge of project management
Familiarity with server/cloud services
Strong ability to work collaboratively with others and influence based on knowledge and experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, multitask, and prioritize
Ability to work in dynamic environments with changing priorities
Strong organizational and analytical skills; detail-oriented with ability to understand impacts across multiple projects and systems
