What you’ll need

6-8 years or more developing applications using .NET and Python
Familiarity with design and architectural patterns
Understanding of Object-Oriented Design and Service Oriented Architecture
Proficiency building intuitive, modern applications
Experience with complex queries using Microsoft SQL Server (2014+)
Hands-on experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0
Applied understanding of Agile methodology, Git, GitHub, and Release Management
Experience configuring Internet Information Server (IIS)
Experience deploying and managing applications in AWS and Azure
Experience writing clean, readable, and maintainable code
Understanding of AI/ML, Agentic AI, GenAI, and LLMs (bonus)
Experience with AI orchestration using Claude Code or OpenAI Codex (bonus)
Experience developing mobile apps using Flutter (bonus)
Expertise in .NET LINQ, Entity Framework (EF), and Web API
Ability to communicate concisely and professionally to a variety of audiences
Experience writing unit tests
Experience crafting data models that represent and support business processes
Experience developing with Microsoft Visual Studio 2019 or later
