About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the tolling modernization program through business and system analysis across microservices, data workflows, and application modernization
  • Gather and document business and system requirements for microservices, API workflows, and modernization efforts
  • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and structured documentation
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and operational teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
  • Facilitate clarification sessions across technical and business stakeholders
  • Use Azure DevOps Boards to manage backlog items and track progress
  • Provide light QA support by validating user stories and confirming acceptance criteria
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and project leadership
  • Support sprint objectives, requirements traceability, cross-team alignment, and QA validation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of business and system analysis experience
  • 7+ years of experience creating requirements for APIs and modernization initiatives
  • 7+ years of strong Agile/Scrum experience
  • 7+ years of experience with Azure DevOps Boards
  • 7+ years of ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • 7+ years of ability to interpret basic SQL queries and understand relational data structures
  • 7+ years of strong communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with microservices desired (4 years)
  • Experience working in regulatory or compliance-driven environments desired (4 years)
  • Tolling or transportation domain experience desired (2 years)
