About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide primary application support for CityWorks used by selected general government departments
Perform application testing, including test plans, test cases, execution, and troubleshooting for CityWorks and related systems
Perform business analysis for enterprise-wide applications, including work plan input, deliverable definition and tracking, status reporting, and user-level meetings
Create and modify reports or forms in Crystal Reports and write SQL queries using CityWorks and Land Management data
Perform project analysis for enterprise-wide application projects, including work planning, deliverable tracking, status reporting, user-level meetings, and preparing application requirements/specifications
Coordinate and communicate with process owners, users, departments, ITS technical teams, and consultants
Produce SQL data extracts based on user and/or public requests
Coordinate and conduct end-user training and maintain training materials

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with CityWorks configuration and support, Crystal reporting, and SQL queries
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Experience writing SQL queries to update or extract data from a SQL database
Experience as systems analyst, supporting users with issue resolution, system enhancement, upgrades, and conversion
Experience coordinating and conducting end-user training, including preparing and updating training materials
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
SQL proficiency (4–6 years), including writing SQL scripts using SSMS
Verbal and written communication skills (4–6 years)
