About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as backup support for the Banking application
Translate formal requirements documentation into database and program solutions
Comply with system development policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, coding standards, and reviews
Fully document work performed and provide technology turnover to other SCC staff
Perform complex system administration, maintenance, and support for production systems
Develop and maintain technical documentation
Primarily support the FIIS application written in PowerBuilder
Provide support for applications written in .NET
Respond to system alerts and user events, make recommendations, and document findings
Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and implement programs and systems
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation
Perform related work as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

4 years of experience with PowerBuilder/InfoMaker
5 years of experience with web site maintenance (ASP.NET, MVC, Web Forms, Blazor)
5 years of experience with Visual Studio
5 years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
1 year of experience with Web API maintenance (C#, EF, LINQ)
5 years of experience with Oracle/SQL Server
5 years of experience and proficiency with Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications
5 years of proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
5 years of excellent verbal and written communication skills
5 years of ability to work independently with minimal direction and as a team
5 years of being highly motivated and self-directed
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desired: 3 years
Experience working with Azure DevOps or Team Foundation Server desired: 3 years
Client Server (EXE) application maintenance (C#/VB.NET, Entity Framework, Oracle) desired: 3 years
