About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the transition to a new banking partner for all SCC divisions and functions involved in revenue collection, deposit duties, and money processing
Manage overall deliverables and resources across the selected banking partner, six revenue-collecting divisions, OCC, and ETS
Ensure complete requirements are documented upfront for each division as new technology and services are deployed
Facilitate and support divisions in identifying process changes needed to streamline activities
Help divisions take full advantage of new technology provided by the selected banking partner
Drive on-time delivery by establishing clear milestones and proactively managing cross-division dependencies
Keep stakeholders aligned on schedule commitments
Lead a high-visibility, multi-division technology modernization initiative

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active PMP certification is required
8 years of experience in program management, product ownership, IT modernization, enterprise delivery roles, or equivalent combination
8 years of process reengineering and mapping experience
8 years of experience driving on-time delivery through clear milestones and proactive cross-division dependency management
8 years of experience keeping stakeholders aligned on schedule commitments
8 years of experience leading multi-division, high-visibility technology or modernization initiatives
Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
Familiarity with Jira, Planner, or similar Agile work-management platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, Visio, Project, and Power BI
8 years of experience supporting teams and management through significant process changes
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise initiative, and demonstrate professionalism and dependability
CSM and SAFe certifications highly desired
4 years of experience with banking platforms and Oracle or similar ERP systems highly desired
4 years of experience with revenue collections and/or cash management cycles and tools desired
CSPO, PSPO, SAFe POPM, CSM, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL Foundation, or other Agile/product credentials nice to have
