About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participate in requirements verification, design and development, testing, maintenance, and support across SDLC processes
- Support existing custom Salesforce applications
- Participate in the SDLC process for the new CT-KIND system
- Work with the System Integrator to ensure knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance for an assigned module
- Design and develop Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, and Visualforce pages
- Provide full-stack development using Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, design patterns, configuration, and SOQL
- Analyze requirements for application integration
- Create and maintain required technical documentation
- Drive work from requirements through implementation
- Mentor less experienced staff
- Collaborate with the DCF IS management team and agency stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years of Salesforce development experience
- 10 or more years of prior professional experience
- Foundational and advanced Salesforce APEX OOP knowledge
- Knowledge of Salesforce design patterns
- Experience with Salesforce, OOP, CRUD, configuration, and SOQL
- Experience with .NET OOP and SOA
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with end-to-end web development
- Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks preferred
- Expert-level Agile Development Methodology experience (10+ years)
- Expert-level Microsoft .NET Framework experience (10+ years)
- Expert-level Responsive Design Patterns experience (10+ years)
- Expert-level Web Services and Windows Services experience (10+ years)
- Expert-level C# experience (10+ years)
- Expert-level JavaScript experience (10+ years)
- Advanced presentation skills (7–9 years)
- Advanced teamwork experience (7–9 years)
