About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive demand and shape strategic business plans that strengthen referral and treatment networks for prostate cancer care
  • Champion the Radioligand Therapy platform across diagnostic and therapeutic portfolios
  • Foster clinical dialogue with Medical Oncologists, Urologists, Nuclear Medicine specialists, and Radiation Oncologists
  • Own business relationships with prescribing and referring physicians
  • Create and execute territory business plans
  • Deliver disease education, product value propositions, treatment protocols, and customer programs
  • Support product access and implement competitive response and pull-through strategies
  • Maintain and grow relationships with account partners according to target priorities and company policies
  • Develop customized tools and strategies to access and engage healthcare professional targets
  • Establish RLT as the partner of choice across community hospitals, academic hospitals, and community oncology accounts
  • Deliver clear and compelling customer messages, handle objections, and close calls with commitments to action
  • Monitor territory market landscapes, competitors, market segments, product information, and clinical data
  • Develop and execute call plans to achieve goals and improve access and sales opportunities
  • Use sales data reporting tools and customer insights to identify territory and customer growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required from 4-year college or university
  • 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or similarly structured industries with large, geographically dispersed sales teams within the last 5 years
  • Candidates from complex sales environments such as medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, or B2B sectors are welcomed
  • 1+ years’ experience in oncology, urology, nuclear medicine, medical devices, or complex therapeutics
  • 1+ years’ experience in prostate, neuroendocrine tumors, or buy-and-bill therapeutic experience within the last 5 years
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally within a matrix environment
  • Ability to communicate clinical product information
  • Validated track record of consistent high performance
  • Proficiency navigating and selling to large accounts and key customer segments
  • Analytical ability to seek, prioritize, and apply relevant information to solve problems
  • Ethical leadership and ability to champion ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and laws
  • Must reside within the territory or within a reasonable daily commuting distance of 50 miles from the territory border
  • Ability to travel 60–80% over a broad geography
  • Ability to drive and/or fly within the territory
  • Fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license required
  • Must comply with applicable customer credentialing guidelines, which may require COVID-19 vaccination
  • Must successfully complete initial training, including home study, of eight or fewer hours per day and forty or fewer hours per week
