About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support site environmental, health, and safety initiatives to strengthen operations and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collect and analyze EHS data
- Assist with updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Support EHS training programs
- Contribute to process improvement efforts
- Advance sustainability initiatives
- Support adherence to applicable environmental and safety regulations across the site
- Support Process Safety Management activities where applicable
- Apply engineering technical skills to develop process maps and draft technical summaries
- Participate in process hazard analysis efforts
- Contribute to enhancing chemical safety across the site
Requirements
What you’ll need- Pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Engineering, Environmental Science, and/or Occupational Safety majors preferred
- Must be a rising junior, or rising senior with a 3.0 GPA or above
- Excellent computer skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Familiarity/capability in most other Microsoft Office applications
- Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status
