About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Black Utilities team with daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of utility systems
  • Complete an assigned portfolio of projects
  • Review maintenance plans
  • Support mechanical design work
  • Assist with modifications to utility or electrical systems
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple technical areas

  • Contribute to reliable utility operations in a manufacturing and utility support environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
  • Engineering, life science, or related majors preferred
  • Must be a rising junior, or rising senior with a 3.0 GPA or above
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Familiarity/capability in most other Microsoft Office applications
  • Must not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status
  • 0% overnight travel required
