  • Lead supplier performance reviews and drive utilization improvements when constraints arise
  • Manage complex change projects, including capacity extensions and compliance initiatives
  • Lead tactical supplier management initiatives and ensure timely delivery of enhancements
  • Drive adoption of new ways of working across warehouses
  • Oversee outsourcing initiatives to Global Business Services and clarify roles and responsibilities
  • Lead data-driven improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business insights into cost and budget implications
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and align warehouse operations with changing business needs
  • Review and update internal agreements
  • Monitor operational flow and escalate capacity challenges to management
  • Prepare scenario analyses with pros, cons, and cost implications, recommending optimal solutions
  • Independently tackle complex issues and make pivotal decisions involving numerous stakeholders
  • Follow all safety and environmental requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Logistics or related field of study from an accredited university required, or an Associate Degree in one of these fields as an alternative
  • Minimum of four (4) years of logistics experience with external warehouses (3PLs) in a regulated environment required for bachelor's degree route
  • Minimum of six (6) years of logistics experience with external warehouses (3PLs) in a regulated environment required for associate degree route
  • Experience preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment
  • Logistics Management experience preferred
  • Demonstrated good leadership skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong logistical, analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated scenario planning experience
  • Demonstrated strong quality mindset
  • Ability to create and manage projects with a lean data-driven mindset
  • Demonstrated collaboration across all levels of management teams
  • Advanced logistics or transportation competencies obtained through relevant training or experience
  • Intermediate knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • Ability to work in an open office environment with the possibility of frequent distraction
