  • Facilitate project execution and project controls

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or industry equivalent education & experience required
  • Minimum of five (5) years of leadership/management/supervisory experience (direct or indirect)
  • Knowledgeable in API processes
  • Experience driving process improvements/design using systematic methodologies
  • Strong business understanding
  • Ability to read, write and understand complicated product documentation and standard operating procedures with attention to detail
  • Proven expertise in mentoring and staff development
  • Experience with change management, planning and organizing, managing execution, and revising work plans for complex issues addressed by cross-functional teams
  • Lean & Six Sigma knowledge preferred
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Ability to move equipment and/or supplies weighing up to 33 pounds
  • Ability to stand for up to a 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work around odorous and/or hazardous materials, loud noise, elevated heights, confined spaces, and extremely cold environments as required
  • May be required to secure a motorized vehicle license and operate a motorized vehicle based on the role
