About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the logistics component of Novo's corporate SAP Warehouse Management landscape
- Cover maintenance and support planning across multiple company codes and countries
- Design and improve warehouse solutions in SAP StRM and EWM based on business requirements
- Lead implementation of new warehouse solutions and participate in StRM and EWM projects
- Support day-to-day system operations and maintenance
- Handle incident and problem management through a 24x7 on-call rotation
- Manage configuration and coordinate testing and validation in a GxP setting
- Work with ABAP developers to identify bugs and shape new developments
- Prioritise and deliver work with ownership
- Mentor colleagues, share knowledge and explore AI applications for warehouse solutions
- Collaborate with business users, ABAP developers and colleagues across functions and countries
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree such as BE, BTech, MBA, MCA, MSc or MCom, or equivalent
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 10+ years in SAP Stock Room Management (StRM) rollout and support projects
- Expert-level knowledge and Handling Unit (HU) management skills specific to StRM
- Working experience in SAP EWM and knowledge of ATTP
- Solid experience in warehousing processes, including implementing new warehouse solutions and designing solutions from business requirements
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments, including configuration management, test coordination and validation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with business users, external parties and ABAP developers
- Flexibility to work under strong time pressure
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation for 24x7 incident support
- Useful but not essential: pharmaceutical industry experience, further hands-on SAP EWM experience, applying AI to warehouse solutions, and mentoring or coaching experience
