  • Develop effective field communications

  • Develop customer- and patient-centric programming, HCP and patient marketing tactics, and market-shaping initiatives
  • Support KOL development, advisory boards, clinical communications and medical education programs
  • Align marketing strategies with field team objectives and oversee promotional campaigns across digital and in-person channels
  • Gather cross-functional insights on market trends and customer feedback to enhance field sales activities
  • Develop and distribute field communications and conduct training on product launches, clinical data updates and marketing messaging
  • Oversee product sample distribution and tracking in compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with supply chain and sales teams to optimize sample inventory
  • Support rollout of branded and unbranded promotional materials and marketing-led campaigns
  • Coordinate and execute product launch meetings and develop launch materials and presentations
  • Ensure field teams have pre- and post-event engagement tools
  • Apply market insights to identify growth opportunities and support brand strategy, competitive defense and strategic evolution
  • Advocate for US marketing initiatives within global marketing

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience, including demonstrated history in a field engagement or sales/operations role within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong experience in pharmaceutical industry/life science brand marketing strategy and planning
  • Experience within the specified therapy area
  • Strong understanding of field force dynamics, product launches and sales execution strategies
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Leadership behaviours including authenticity, decisiveness, a growth mindset and driving focus and simplicity
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines related to sample distribution and field engagement
  • Proven skills in strategic planning, execution and follow-through
  • People management experience required, with a proven track record of development and coaching
