About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support senior stakeholders with inventory projections, what-if analysis, and scenarios.
Understand volume scenarios and interdependencies and translate them into supply chain network risks and opportunities.
Validate demand input and production plan output from API and raw material perspectives.
Implement supply chain improvements aligned with S&OP decisions.
Update tactical API plans based on the latest guidance and decisions.
Ensure warehouse and storage space availability through up-to-date freezer requirement projections.
Advise VP/SVP areas on API manufacturing and warehousing dilemmas.
Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to support optimal decisions.
Drive process optimization and alignment with dependent processes.
Analyze supply chain and production data using BI tools to identify improvement opportunities.
Support supply prerequisites, Sales & Operations Planning activities, inventory management, and analytical consultancy for API manufacturing stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

An academic degree within supply chain, business, engineering or similar.
3+ years of experience from pharma or other regulated industry.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
SAP is considered an advantage.
APICS CSCP/CPIM certification is an advantage.
Strong ability to explain complex data clearly to various stakeholders.
Full proficiency in English.
Proactive and able to work independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness and ability to foster collaboration across the organization.
