About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a varied portfolio of roles across different levels of complexity
- Own end-to-end recruitment and advise and challenge hiring managers
- Keep candidates and hiring managers informed and supported throughout the recruitment process
- Apply market insight to shape sourcing, assessment and selection
- Champion inclusive hiring in line with diversity and inclusion objectives
- Safeguard data integrity and compliance
- Ensure local stakeholders follow the Global Standard TA process while meeting local requirements
- Propose improvements based on stakeholder collaboration and external best practice
- Support global initiatives or projects as needed
- Work with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Global People & Organization Services, candidates and recruitment agencies
- Operate with autonomy, own TA matters within scope, protect the employer value proposition, and escalate complex or cross-functional issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- A bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business administration, occupational psychology, communication or a similar field
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, including at least 2 years handling end-to-end recruitment
- Expertise with advanced sourcing tools
- Strong proficiency in behavioural interviewing
- Knowledge of GDPR and relevant local employment and data protection laws, and ability to apply them
- Strong interpersonal skills and credibility to build trust and long-term relationships in a matrix, virtual team
- Confidence using technology and data to support and improve recruitment
- Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken
- Experience in pharma, life sciences or FMCG (useful, but not essential)
- Experience supporting recruitment across multiple markets (useful, but not essential)
