About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage with legal professionals at elite law firms and corporate legal departments to understand processes, challenges, and AI transformation opportunities
- Lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of AI-driven solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to understand client needs, influence buying decisions, and guide AI adoption
- Design high-impact technology pilots with customers and prospects
- Define pilot outcomes, target practice areas, and legal tasks demonstrating scalable value
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior partners, practice leads, and operations managers
- Help customers navigate cultural, behavioral, and process changes from pilot through rollout
- Collaborate with marketing to create legal-audience content and messaging
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer to product and sales teams
- Stay informed about AI trends and legal technology innovations and share expertise internally and externally
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE experience at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior legal stakeholders
- Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence addressing legal and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of legal workflows, processes, and cultural dynamics influencing technology adoption, particularly in elite law firms and leading corporate legal departments
- Consultative, solutions-focused mindset and genuine curiosity about AI's impact on legal research, drafting, and analysis
- Experience in technology, consulting, sales, or other client-facing roles is a strong plus
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities shift and creativity is valued
