About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, configure and implement bespoke AI-powered legal workflows and vault templates for major law firm clients
Partner with law firm stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify challenges and develop technology-driven solutions
Build relationships with partners, practice leaders, lawyers and knowledge management teams to drive adoption
Support product demonstrations, proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programmes
Show law firms how AI can transform day-to-day operations
Share customer insights and feedback with product, engineering and UX teams to influence future enhancements
Develop resources, guidance and best practices to help clients maximise AI investments
Act as a trusted adviser to senior legal stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD)
At least 2 years of recent experience working in a law firm with more than 50 attorneys, ideally within Litigation or Corporate Law
Strong understanding of how law firms operate, including legal workflows, service delivery and challenges faced by practising lawyers
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence engaging and influencing senior lawyers and law firm leadership
Genuine interest in AI and legal technology
Ability to translate complex legal and technical concepts into practical solutions and clear business benefits
Proactive, consultative approach
Commercial awareness and credibility to operate as a trusted adviser
Former practising lawyer or qualified lawyer transitioning from traditional legal practice
Ability to work in a client-facing role with major law firm clients
