About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with coordinating resources across different service teams
  • Help maintain standard methods and tool usage across accounts
  • Compile and organize comprehensive status reports for leadership and clients
  • Track billing, invoicing tasks, and basic financial forecasts
  • Log, evaluate, and track daily service requests, change requests, and technical assurance handovers
  • Monitor escalation logs and track Root Cause Analysis (RCA) progress
  • Record problem reports alongside technical teams
  • Maintain accurate records for asset management requirements
  • Support account planning tasks to ensure internal policies and security standards are met
  • Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for regular service review meetings and internal operational syncs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College or University degree in IT, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent entry-level coursework)
  • 2 years hands-on experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Basic exposure to CRM or IT ticketing tools
  • Familiarity with core IT concepts
  • Foundational knowledge of ITIL or project management principles is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and local language where required
  • Eagerness to learn client accounts, business contexts, and operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
