About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide administrative support to the Global Chief Executive Officer
  • Support the Global CEO in achieving strategic business objectives and targets
  • Interact and engage with Chief and Senior Executives
  • Manage an extremely active calendar and complete expense reports
  • Compose confidential correspondence
  • Arrange complex travel plans, itineraries, and agendas
  • Collect and prepare information for CEO discussions and meetings
  • Prepare documents and presentation materials for board, executive, and committee meetings
  • Make sensitive high-level internal and external contacts
  • Analyze diverse problems and evaluate identifiable factors
  • Select methods and techniques to obtain solutions within defined practices and policies
  • Create and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding items
  • Draft letters and correspondence, and prepare and distribute reports and statistical information
  • Maintain office supply inventory and additional supplies
  • Complete other administrative tasks as required by the Global CEO

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent level of experience
  • Advanced demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within a global organization
  • Advanced administrative experience supporting high-level executives
  • Familiarity with the global IT services industry is an advantage
  • Advanced experience dealing with international matters, cross-cultural communication, and global operations
  • Advanced experience managing projects or special initiatives involving complex tasks and responsibilities
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving and creative solution skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Proficiency with office software, calendar management tools, and productivity software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
