About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own recurring reporting end to end, including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and business reviews
- Gather inputs across Credit Card teams, align stakeholders, flag gaps and prepare materials for review
- Focus reporting on the teams and initiatives that drive results
- Lead short-cycle strategic projects such as headcount planning, AI initiatives and ad-hoc leadership priorities
- Partner with People & Culture on organizational health and people topics
- Partner with other Chiefs of Staff and senior leaders
- Partner with Internal Communications to position Credit Card & Debt Resolution inside and outside Nubank
- Drive the division's internal communication cadence and help build its external presence
- Improve team routines, forums, rituals, agendas and governance
- Track business performance against budget and targets, identify gaps and available levers, and challenge inadequate targets
- Follow improvements through to completion
- Prioritize autonomously across competing demands and escalate trade-offs when needed
- Serve as the operational and strategic backbone of the Credit Card Business Unit and trusted partner to the General Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in management consulting, strategy, business operations or an executive-adjacent role in a large, complex organization
- Business analyst capabilities, with strong structured problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Experience operating alongside and influencing senior leaders
- Track record of running reporting, planning or governance cycles independently
- Product sense is a plus
- Familiarity with credit card, lending or financial services businesses is an advantage
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, able to frame complex material for executive decision-making
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent)
- Fluent English; Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage
- High proactivity and ownership
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and learn new topics fast
- Strong prioritization and autonomous execution across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Builds trusting relationships quickly with senior leaders and handles demanding stakeholders with maturity
- High reliability and attention to detail, without losing the strategic frame
- Discretion with confidential information
- Ability to work onsite two to three days per week
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
