About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead global compensation, benefits, wellness, and executive compensation end-to-end
  • Design a scalable global Rewards architecture adaptable to local markets
  • Partner on globalization, site location strategy, M&A diligence, deal structuring, and post-merger integration
  • Partner directly with the CEO and CHRO on executive compensation, equity design, and senior leadership talent strategy
  • Own relationships with the Compensation Committee chair and Board members on executive compensation and governance
  • Assess Rewards effectiveness, guide design, and demonstrate business impact using data
  • Shape people implications of AI transformation, including job architecture, critical talent, workforce planning, and reward mechanisms
  • Build and develop the Rewards team
  • Report to the Chief People Officer

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years leading global Total Rewards functions in complex, multi-country environments
  • Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, and executive compensation design
  • Experience in high-growth or tech-driven organizations
  • Track record leading large-scale organizational change through complex, cross-functional projects
  • Ability to communicate complex trade-offs clearly to C-level and Board audiences
  • Strategic, data-driven mindset with operational discipline
  • Comfort with ambiguity, high-velocity change, and decision-making
  • Ability to work onsite two to three days per week
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
