About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, explain, and project the financial aspects of products related to the Lending Business Unit
- Improve FP&A processes to generate insights and provide clarity in financial statements using scalable approaches and reliable data
- Analyze the impact of product-related decisions on a Business Unit's financial results
- Automate reports by connecting them to databases from different sources
- Build, update, and review financial models and simulators
- Prepare and present executive materials with financial results to the Business Unit and Board of Directors
- Collaborate with Product, Finance, Markets, and other business partners and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in financial forecasting and analysis (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow)
- Solid knowledge of financial modeling
- Strong analytical ability to manage and evaluate complex data
- Eagerness to learn and adaptability to change
- Strong communication skills to interact with business partners and stakeholders (Product, Finance, Markets)
- Advanced knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
- Proficiency in English
- Knowledge of Scala, SQL, and Python is a plus
- Preference for candidates with previous experience in Credit (other Banks or Fintechs)
- Availability to work onsite two to three days per week
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
