About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end research for Growth MX
- Turn open business questions into clear research plans across qualitative, quantitative and mixed methods
- Uncover why customers do or do not sign up, activate, engage and stay
- Translate findings into hypotheses and experiments
- Partner with Product, Design, Data and Business to shape the growth roadmap and determine what to build, test and scale
- Ensure rigorous research methods, reusable insights and clear storytelling for senior stakeholders
- Raise the bar for the research practice
- Mentor teammates
- Leverage AI to scale how insights are generated and shared
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in UXR and mixed methods
- Ability to combine strategic vision, methodological rigor, AI usage and business partnership
- Ability to conduct qualitative, quantitative and mixed-methods research
- Ability to understand the customer journey end to end
- Ability to turn insights into growth strategy
- Ability to lead research across acquisition, onboarding, activation and retention
- Ability to partner with Product, Design, Data and Business
- Ability to use AI to scale insight generation and sharing
- English proficiency is assessed in the application process
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located is required
