About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define the Nu Global product vision, strategy, outcomes, and 12–24 month roadmap across Core and Growth
- Identify priority problems, make product and investment trade-offs, and align senior stakeholders across markets and functions
- Serve as a senior escalation point for ambiguous, cross-functional, and cross-market decisions
- Own major parts of the Core value proposition and critical customer journeys
- Drive roadmap, dependencies, launch readiness, risk mitigation, and post-launch learning across multiple teams
- Raise product quality and craft with Design/Nu Design System and Engineering
- Provide strategic oversight for Growth across acquisition, waitlist, onboarding, activation, and referral
- Champion Growth Hacking and experimentation to drive rapid learning cycles
- Ensure the product scales across countries while balancing local requirements, customer experience, regulatory obligations, and platform reuse
- Serve as a technical and product reference for product architecture, data flows, platform constraints, operational consequences, and scalability
- Mentor PMs and senior partners and raise standards for Product Sense, Product Execution, prioritization, metrics, communication, and decision quality
- Establish reusable product standards, rituals, and decision mechanisms
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, calibration, and PM chapter or guild initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Senior product leadership across Nu Global Core and Growth
- Product management experience with digital products at global scale (multiple countries/markets)
- Experience owning customer-facing products or journeys, including onboarding, acquisition, activation, or core app features
- Experience handling international scale challenges, such as localization, multi-country prioritization, or alignment with global platforms
- Availability to work onsite two to three days per week
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
- Product and investment trade-off decision-making
- Experience with product architecture, data flows, platform constraints, operational consequences, and scalability
- Experience with acquisition, waitlist, onboarding, activation, and referral
- Growth Hacking and experimentation
- Knowledge of KYC, defense, operational responsibilities, regulatory obligations, and risk mitigation
- Ability to lead across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and external partners
