About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead deep-dive analyses on complex business questions and synthesize unstructured data into executive-ready recommendations
Evaluate blockchain transactions, liquidity, token activity, and market shifts to uncover consumer behavior insights
Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests with statistical rigor, including hypotheses, sample sizes, conversion goals, and risk guardrails
Own key metrics and maintain executive dashboards
Create quantitative models, scenario analyses, and market sizing for product features and international growth
Write SQL and Python to extract, transform, and structure complex datasets and establish ETL workflows
Integrate AI copilots and automated workflows into analytics
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance on regulatory updates and business strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong foundation in quantitative analysis, probability, statistical modeling, and financial mechanics
Solid understanding of bitcoin, ethereum, blockchain protocols, crypto market dynamics, stablecoins, staking mechanics, and global exchange ecosystems
Hands-on experience designing controlled A/B tests, measuring statistical significance, and establishing guardrail metrics
Advanced SQL and Python skills for data extraction, manipulation, and pipeline development
Experience working alongside product managers and engineers in an iterative, fast-paced product development environment
Proven ability to translate complex quantitative findings into concise, compelling data stories that influence stakeholders
Ability to work onsite two days per week
English proficiency sufficient for meetings, in-depth discussions, and presentations
