About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive product development from ideation to full rollout
- Transform complex problems into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use experiences for millions of users
- Anticipate customer and business needs
- Advocate for users and ensure final designs delight customers
- Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Business Analysts, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other teams
- Work on projects ranging from user interviews and prototypes to internal tools and brand assets
- Serve as a technical reference for the team and promote market best practices
- Build relationships with business areas and influence business decisions through user-centered design
- Inspire product designers by producing high-quality design work
- Establish and promote a healthy team culture with cross-functional partners and design teams in other Nubank offices
- Push the boundaries of UX/UI and visual execution
- Help Nubank challenge the status quo
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid expertise in Product Design (UI, UX, and Research)
- Experience in digital products
- Ability to work well in a highly collaborative and cross-functional team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Ability to influence prioritization in an agile environment
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and evolving stakeholder needs with openness and agility
- Willingness to work 3 days per week from a Nubank office
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
- Portfolio required
