About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape Nubank's AI strategy using industry learnings, including what to prioritize, stop, and sequence
- Define Nubank's AI solutions portfolio and support build-versus-buy decisions
- Map internal AI solutions and shape the scope of internally built tools, harnesses, and context layers
- Structure the weekly management-team narrative covering progress, risks, and required decisions
- Set targets, KPIs, measures, and mechanisms to assess AI initiative impact
- Unblock critical cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
- Lead weekly workstream sessions covering gaps, ETAs, and resourcing
- Connect cross-workstream dependencies and escalate risks early
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience leading or shaping company-wide AI transformation initiatives
- First-hand experience at a company further along in AI adoption
- Experience evaluating AI solutions and making build-versus-buy decisions
- Experience defining KPIs, measures, targets, and operating mechanisms
- Ability to work across functions and unblock initiatives without formal authority
- Ability to structure executive communications for management teams
- Ability to lead workstream sessions and manage dependencies, ETAs, resourcing, and risks
- English proficiency sufficient to lead meetings, participate in in-depth discussions, and deliver presentations confidently
- Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located
- Availability to work onsite two to three days per week
