  • Structure weekly management team updates covering progress, risks, and required decisions
  • Define success criteria, targets, KPIs, measures, and mechanisms for AI initiatives
  • Unblock critical initiatives by identifying and resolving cross-functional blockers without formal authority
  • Lead weekly workstream sessions on gaps, ETAs, and resourcing
  • Connect cross-workstream dependencies and escalate risks early

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First-hand experience of how an AI plays a key role at a company that is further along
  • Experience bringing outside industry learnings into AI transformation strategy
  • Experience evaluating AI solutions and making build-vs-buy decisions
  • Experience defining KPIs, measures, and operating mechanisms for AI initiatives
  • Experience unblocking cross-functional initiatives without formal authority
  • Experience leading workstream sessions, managing dependencies, ETAs, resourcing, and risk escalation
  • Fluency in English is assessed through the application process
  • Legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
  • Availability to work onsite two to three days per week
