About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and maintain the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Dreamdata, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
  • Manage integrations to ensure consistent and accurate contact and account data
  • Build feedback loops that pass conversion signals and expected deal value from the CRM to Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and X
  • Partner with Growth on targeting strategy across advertising platforms
  • Automate reporting on ad spend, aggregate spend, and pipeline by channel
  • Create and mature attribution capabilities and provide actionable go-to-market intelligence
  • Own inbound pipeline architecture and performance, including website forms, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows
  • Work with RevOps on Salesforce data models, lifecycle stages, lead routing, data integrity, and CRM quality
  • Analyze top-of-funnel metrics and present campaign improvement recommendations to stakeholders
  • Build the Marketing Operations function and its infrastructure from the ground up

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, growth operations, or a related GTM role
  • Demonstrated ownership of the marketing tech stack
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot
  • Direct experience with online ad platforms such as Google, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, X, or Trade Desk
  • Experience with conversion tracking and tagging, including Google Tag Manager, offline conversions, and conversion APIs
  • Strong analytical capability, including funnel instrumentation and attribution analysis
  • Experience synthesizing complex operational data into clear reporting and narratives for leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Track record of operating as a team of one, with disciplined documentation, systems thinking, and prioritization
  • Experience with attribution tools, SQL or BI tools, and high paid-media spend environments are nice to haves
  • Must answer whether visa sponsorship is required now or in the future
