About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Configure customer workspaces, close checklists, reconciliation setups, flux analyses, and reporting using AI-assisted configuration
Set up ERP integrations, especially NetSuite, and sub-ledger connections
Troubleshoot token, permissioning, and other integration issues
Validate data and ensure configurations tie out before customer use
Deliver onboarding sessions and live reconciliation walkthroughs, including Numeric AI features
Occasionally conduct training in person at customer offices
Maintain implementation dashboards and manage customer timelines and homework
Escalate product blockers to Engineering and Product with clear context
Progress from close management implementations into more technical areas, including cash transaction matching, SFTP data feeds, and automation-rate tuning
Create Knowledge Base articles, templates, and AI-agent training to automate implementation work
Work alongside Implementations Managers and contribute to customer outcomes

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of accounting experience with fluency in monthly close and reconciliations
Breadth across the close, not a single specialty
Ability to learn software quickly and work precisely with data
Customer-centric approach
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to operate with urgency, own workstreams, collaborate, and escalate appropriately
Nice to have: hands-on experience with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Xero
Nice to have: prior implementation, onboarding, or accounting-systems work
Nice to have: CPA certification or active pursuit of CPA certification
Nice to have: multi-entity or multi-currency accounting experience
Nice to have: ability to write and run basic SQL queries
