About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own a portfolio of customer implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Build week-by-week milestone plans and define Numeric-versus-customer responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and project timelines
- Conduct technical configuration for close checklists, reconciliations, flux, and reporting
- Debug ERP integrations, especially NetSuite integrations involving token errors, permissions, and multi-entity structures
- Build AI-assisted configuration workflows
- Train accounting teams on Numeric and AI-first close processes
- Implement and support Cash functionality, including transaction-matching rules, SFTP data feeds, automation-rate monitoring, and edge cases
- Resolve blockers with Engineering and Product while maintaining customer progress
- Hand off adopted and documented accounts to Customer Success using defined criteria
- Develop implementation playbooks, kickoff decks, phased templates, and automation agents
- Mentor Implementations Associates
- Scope and deliver paid AI implementation services engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience owning a monthly close
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong understanding of ERPs, especially NetSuite
- Knowledge of integrations and financial data flows between systems
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use AI tools and automate delivery work
- CPA is a strong plus
- Prior implementation, solutions consulting, or professional services experience at a B2B SaaS company is nice to have
- Experience with multi-entity and/or multi-currency accounting is nice to have
- Exposure to audit processes and internal control frameworks is nice to have
- Experience scoping or delivering paid services engagements is nice to have
- Ability to write and run basic SQL queries is nice to have
- Ability to commit to in-person work 5 days/week in San Francisco or New York
- Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
