About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product Management teams to develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Manage and update existing training materials
  • Create engaging new training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses
  • Deliver effective training sessions to internal and external audiences
  • Lead global training program logistics and scheduling
  • Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and good practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in training development and delivery
  • A university degree or equivalent
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and lead multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools
  • Technical proficiency with experience in audio/video conferencing and collaboration products (preferred)
  • Ability to work on a 12-month contract position
