About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support resident care in assigned communities to ensure residents receive appropriate wellness care and assistance with activities of daily living
- Implement and oversee resident care, medication programs, and policies
- Ensure proper usage of RealPage in compliance with company standards
- Support multiple communities in an assigned region
- Teach and train staff
- Supervise and manage employees
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a Licensed Vocational or Registered Nurse holding a valid California nursing license in good standing
- Prefer four (4) years of experience working in a Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE)
- Prefer three (3) years of experience supervising and managing employees
- Must have a valid Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) license
- Able to effectively teach/train staff
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Assisted living clinical experience is preferred
- May be required to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE), per regulatory guidelines
